Presidents' Message
from Janet Imhoff and Ian Seamans

We had a terrific 50th Anniversary Celebration at Barnhill Vinyards on March 30! Thanks to the many members, friends, and guests who bought tickets and sponsorships. We enjoyed the food from Spring Creek BBQ and Central Market, the vineyard's wine, music from Standards Gazette, the wonderful silent auction items from our in-kind donors, and the fun trivia contest with MC Ted Meredith. See more at www.lwvcollin.org/anniversary

Several LWV members and a guest were honored for their tireless work in helping the citizens of Collin County and surrounding areas prepare to vote and keep our democracy strong: Virginia Burgan, Juanita Jones-Royal, Cathy Murphree, Janice Schieffer, Cindy Thomas.

Many thanks to the planning committee (chair Liz Holland, Mary Freeman, Diane Southworth) and the many volunteers who made this event a success. A great time was had by all!
