LWV-CC will host a free public forum on Saturday, September 12, 11:00 to 1:00, at Schimelpfenig Library, 5024 Custer Road in Plano. In-house experts will offer tips on how to participate in a rally while remaining nonpartisan, how to write letters to the editor that will make an impact, and how to grab the attention of your elected officials through letters, emails, and phone calls.
