2018 Impact

LWV-CC made a difference in Collin County in 2018.

  • 17,829 county residents from 18 cities and towns found valuable election information on vote411.org

  • 5,000 printed Voters Guides were distributed throughout the county

  • 512 voters were registered at 33 events

  • 2,567 website views of our Voters Guides in the month before the general election

  • 2200 bookmarks, 800 wallet cards, and 300 brochures with election information were distributed

  • 31 printable Voters Guides were created covering 5 elections

  • 10 Get-Out-The-Vote presentations were made to various organizations

  • 4 individuals were honored at a luncheon for supporting women in crises

  • 2 multi-session candidate forums were hosted for the primary and general elections

  • 6 candidate forums received assistance, including moderator and timekeeper

  • 2 educational forums were held about public school finance and electoral college

LWV is nonpartisan.  We never support or oppose any candidates or political parties.
